  1. I just got this today after playing with it on the floor a week or so ago!! 😀 I am not sure what you mean by short leg scorpio… when the knee is more bent? I can’t seem to get my scorpio leg to bend as easily with the leg switches…

  2. I’m at the stage of practicing with one hand, but I find that hand gets in the way of my thighs. I’ve taken to using the outside hand overhead and resting it lightly on the floor whilst practicing low on the pole. Is this ok? Almost brave enough to try without knowing that I could always put that hand down, but could be a habit hard to break!

  3. Veena… I am STILL struggling with even getting my scorpio.. As you can tell from my videos recently, my gemini from a basic invert is pretty solid now.. would it be advised that try to do this switch from gemini to get into scorpio? or should i keep trying to work on scorpio alone.. i am always big on my safety and working with what my body is capable of.. Do you advise I try this and see if it works for me, or should i hold off?

  4. It’s not a problem at all, in fact it was the only way I could get into Scorpio at first! You would use the first method of entry in the Scorpio lesson, instead of leaving the outside leg extended against the pole pole would Gemini. Then switch keeping the hands on the pole the whole time 🙂

  5. Ouch I can do this move however moving from Gemini to Scorpio I always seem to grab the pole to close into my crouch area that little muscle in there in my inner thigh and it kills any advice? Thanks!!

  6. I finally got this, this morning although after about twenty minutes I couldn’t continue, my left inner thigh was so black and blue from moving from Gemini into Scorpio. As with previous moves, I know that the pain subsides with time and that it does get easier the more we practice… In the meantime, anything you could recommend to heal black and blue bruises? Also, do you recommend working on a move while still sore (but the move is still fresh in my mind!) or wait a week and a half till fully healed and no longer bruised / sore?

  7. 20 minutes is too long to work on one move! Generally you want to give something about 10 tries at the most and then move on. Don’t work on the same move again until the bruise is gone. I just use ice on bruises ❄️
