Welcome to my Invert program. In this video I’ll cover what you’ll need to know before getting started. I’ll also provide you with important tips for using the program. You may use this program as a workout plan all on its own or it can be added into an existing training program.

  2. that’s what I thought, now I am so pumped to progress! already seeing leaps and bounds. just day 9 today and I was playing around doing reverse handstand. only just tried it and found the strength already.

  5. So i can invert from the ground and aerially but it doesn’t always look the neatest and the perfect V invert still alludes me. Will this help me with that? I’m trying to decide between this program and the caterpillar program to start with first.

  9. Veena, my grounded invert is strong, but my aerial invert not that much, I would like to improve it. I guess this program can help me with my aerial invert as well, but would you suggest any modification with that in mind? Thanks!!

  10. There are rest days so you won’t be training everyday. For the best results I’d follow the program. But you can try it however you like and see what works.
