  1. Veena, I’m starting this tomorrow. I want to work on other tricks and flow too, so I guess the best day to do that is on the days of pole work throughout this program, right?

  2. Time to get my aerial shoulder mount!! I must say, I’m so thankful for the excellent programs provided here. I am really lazy and usually won’t do conditioning so having a program like this all laid out for me makes it easier for me to stick with it. It helps that these programs are really fun, too! 🙂
