Day 14. Today you’ll be working on the 2 hand plank along with some spins. Start today with the Shoulder conditioning routine.
Two hand plank Plank practice 4 tries (don’t forget to try tipping your hips different directions)
Cradle spin 4 tries each direction/side
Pole hold spin 4 tries each direction/side
Front hook spin 4 tries each direction/side
Over under stretch Hold for 10-30 seconds, remember to do both sides.
Press stretch Hold for 15 seconds
Shoulder and upper back stretch Hold for 5-20 seconds, being careful not to push too far.
