Inter 1 Day 14

Day 14. Today you’ll be working on the 2 hand plank along with some spins. Start today with the Shoulder conditioning routine.
Two hand plank Plank practice 4 tries (don’t forget to try tipping your hips different directions)
Cradle spin 4 tries each direction/side
Pole hold spin 4 tries each direction/side
Front hook spin 4 tries each direction/side
Over under stretch Hold for 10-30 seconds, remember to do both sides.
Press stretch Hold for 15 seconds
Shoulder and upper back stretch Hold for 5-20 seconds, being careful not to push too far.
I definitely had an off day…I had a problem with cradle spin and I know I can do it. I am still struggling with the pole hold spin โน๏ธ Other than that it was a great training ๐
It happens. If I recall correctly the struggle with the pole hold spin is the hand placement so you can pull up. Donโt over think it. Start with the half hops to get the timing and grip down. ๐๐๐
