Inter 1 Day 16

Day 16. Today you’ll be revisiting some tricks again so now is a good time to take a mental note, or look over videos you’ve taken of these trick from before and see if things are starting to click! The stands routine will be your warm up.
Two hand plank 5 to 6 times but no more than 10 or your thighs will hate you!
Twisted dismount 5 to 6 times, same advice as above.
Combo side sit to back bend 3-4 tries, but don’t stress if you can’t get it right away.
Flowmotion melt Do 3 rounds

Day 16 that was a hard one to come back to especially the stand routine it was more the head stand and handstand against the wall 🧱 the rest was perfect twisted dismount was ok I did it but its ok , loved the side sit to back bend 😁 both sides and needed the flow motion melt xx❤️
