Day 17. Today is all about spins! As always you can choose to do the static or spinning pole versions. Warm up with the Easy beginner warm up and remember while waiting between spins give your forearms a stretch.
Flying fireman spin 1-3 times each direction
Standing fireman spin 1-3 times each direction
Carousel spin 1-3 times each direction
Combo half backspin to barrel roll 1-3 times each direction
Forearm massage as long as you like
Forearm flexor stretch 30 seconds
Forearm extensor stretch 30 seconds
