Day 19. Today you’ll only work on one spin, along with the fun combo and plank. Begin with the Core conditioning routine as the warm up.
2 hand plank 4 times
Cradle spin 3-6 times, both directions
Flag hold (prep) 4 times, both sides
Combo crucifix to backspin 1-4 times, both sides
Flowmotion lunge Move through this nice and slow 2 times, each side.
I am really loving your program . I have tried a few programs over the last few years and I haven’t found one as holistic and well structured as yours .I’m glad I finally found you and feel like I will stop the cycles of regressing after small phases of progress . Thanks so much
