Day 25. Today you’ll work on laybacks again. How did they go for you last time? Where you find one felt better than the other or did you like them both? I personally prefer the Cross knee release, but sometimes I’ll do cross ankle, not often though. Today you’ll be doing the Ball core workout for the warm up. If you do not have a ball it’s ok click here to learn how to choose a different warm up!

Try each of the laybacks once then work on your preferred layback up to 10 times, but no more!

Cross knee release

Overhead stretch Hold for 10-30 seconds

Half bridge stretch Do movement stretching (starts at minute 2:00) 5 times

Butterfly stretch Do resistance stretching (starts at minute 1:34) 6 reps

Try each of these once then if you like work on the preferred layback up to 10 times. If doing both try 5 time for one and 5 for the other. Finish with the stretches listed.
