Today is the last day of intermediate level 1! In Level 2 we’ll start working with inverts. For today just watch the Invert tutorial to familiarize yourself with how I teach them. Don’t forget to check out my 30 day invert program if you’d like to work specifically with inverts.
We you work on today’s pole tricks. Take a mental note or look back at any videos you took to see if you’re feeling stronger now than when you started this program.
Do each move at least once but no more than 10
Cross knee release or Cross ankle release
Finish with the flowmotion routine. Feel free to repeat this program or if you’re ready, I’ll see you in level 2!
Would you recommend doing the 30 day invert program before or after the Intermediate level 2 program?

Yes but not with grace hehe
Then I’d say give this program a try. If the inverting gets to be too much or you feel you need to strengthen it, then do the Invert program
I’m still here!! Slowly I’ve chipped away at this program but the first trimester has been so exhausting… I’m thinking about focusing on one or two moves at a time. I really like would like for my performance climb to be strong! Thanks Veena 💕
