First 2 days went great! Excited to get more of a ‘workout feel’ back, I was really sore from day 1. Seems like good balance so far by keeping the fun of the spins on day 2. I found the spins to go easier on spinning pole vs. static, I think because it is more of a hold than a slide. In need of the massage routine and excited to see what the rest of the program holds!

Day 1 offered me soreness in my biceps wooohoooo! Day 2 reminded me I was sore when doing my climbs. I think intermediate is just what I need for a body challenge. I am super excited for this program! So happy you created it. My body welcomes this challenge! I LOVE the shrugs from day one. I especially found myself challenged in downward dog.
