  1. So grateful for this pole massage. I needed it. I did it yesterday and it was soothing to my body. I might need to do it again today. My body is still sore from 2 days of training this week bc I haven’t been on the pole for over 3 months. Wow how time flies ‼️

    I’m going to start the stands routine in 2-3 weeks…need to give my body more time to recover and build some more muscle.
