Hi Veena, the combos go very well, I’m not very good doing the Inverted Thigh Hold on spin as I do not feel secure on static pole yet. As you sometimes suggest, I do not try too many times a specific movement to avoid frustration and I’ll go on with the next lessons…
Inverted thigh hold does take time to feel secure. Once it does it will help you so much with moves like caterpillar!
