Today you’ll have the opportunity to practice your knee pit grips again after a wonderful conditioning routine for the hips and pelvis. This is your warm up.
Pro tip: Knee pit grips require hip rotation to achieve different positions to secure your grip. Sometimes you might understand the trick, but the lack of available rotation could be preventing you from really feeling secure. But as I mentioned above, today’s warm up video will help you with hip rotation and more!
