Day 14. Today is your last day! If you feel like your inverts need some work, head over to the 30 day invert program before moving on to level 3.
Today give the Side V and Shooting star 4 tries each side.
Move on to the Spinning pole split combo and Spinning pole descending combo or use the Feel the power static routine if you don’t have a spinning pole.
Press stretch Hold for 10-40 seconds
Flowmotion sitting v Do 3 rounds
Finish with the stretches and I’ll see you in level 3 or the Invert program!
Hi Veena, I’m at the end of this second intermediate level and to me the combos in the last lessons are really difficult so I’ve done the routines instead of them !). Generally spinning is not my favourite, I can do the figures alone but a combo is too much at the moment. I’m going to start with the third level and than to go to the 30 days spinning program.
Yes, that’s a good plan if spin isn’t your main style.
