Day 2. Today you’ll work on two new moves but before that, warm up with the Easy beginner warm up.

The doll 3-6 tries per side, but no more than 10.

Inverted thigh hold 3-6 tries per side, but no more than 10.

Diamond stretch Use movement stretching (starts at minute 1:25) do both versions, up and down with the legs and up and down hinging at the hips. 10 times for each version.

Calf stretch Use movement stretching (starts at 53 seconds) 10 times, each side.

Upper back stretch Passive stretch, holding for 10-30 seconds, remember to breathe

  1. I was having a lot of trouble getting the doll on my right side until I tried side-climbing into it! Worth a try for anyone struggling. I also find the leg in from *much* easier; thank you for teaching this!
