Hi, both of the Ballerinas are difficult. Doing the first non twisted one I can touch my foot but the position is not solid and I slide down. I think I need more flexibility in my back and/or shoulders, I’ll look for some exercises to improve it. The twisted Ballerina is too more difficult but I’ve tried it anyway.
