Day 6. I’d like you to think of this program as introducing you to new tricks. Simply getting familiar with them, but not necessarily nailing each move right away. Think back on a trick it took you a while to master, you’ll get there.

Today warm up with my Express warm up then work on both Butterfly and Flatline Scorpio 4 times each side if you feel comfortable with that, If not no worries. Stick with the side you feel most secure.

For the Butterfly try all of the grips and choose the one that feels best for you for your practice today.

Intermediate 10 2 tries each side

Intermediate 11 2 tries each side

Intermediate 12 2 tries each side

Calf stretch Hold for 30 seconds, 2 times, per side.

Pigeon Hold for 30 seconds, 2 times, per side.

Diamond stretch Hold for 30 seconds

Press stretch Hold for 30 seconds

  1. Hi! I can do the butterfly but not with forearm or elbow grip since to me it’s easier from gemini. I can do better the closed hip flatline scorpio from gemini too. I haven’t try them on the spinning pole as I do not feel so secure. Since these moves took me a lot of energy I will do the combos tomorrow 🙂
