Day 13. I want to remind you again that If you’re on the struggle bus with the Caterpillar move after finishing this program give my 30 day Caterpillar program a try.
Today, warm up then work on the Caterpillar and Genie up to 10 times but no more.
Try each static spin combo once or pick two of your favorites and work on those 2 3 times each direction.
Forearm flexor stretch Hold for 30 seconds
Standing pike stretch Use active stretching hold for 10-30 seconds 3 times.
Calf stretch Use movement stretching 5-10 times, per side.
Pigeon Use passive stretching, hold for 10-30 seconds, 2 times, per side.
