Day 15. Warm up with the Performance ready warm up then work on your Butterfly using the grip you like best, and Flatline scorpio giving each trick at least 2 tries but. no more than 10.
For the static spin combos do each one time or you can pick two or three if you’d like, then do those 5 times.
Butterfly stretch Passive stretching, hold for 30 seconds
Pigeon Passive stretching, hold for 30 seconds
Forearm flexor Hold for 30 seconds
