This combo starts with a three spin combo using the Forward attitude spin, Chair spin and Closed hook spin and ends with floor work including the Leg show and Tush push, then you’ll move back up to standing with the Slink up. Note: The pike spin is a chair with a leg variation.

  1. curious and curiouser…. just wondering. the way you position your left hand on the pole when moving from forward altitude to pike and down to closed hook, you go from gripping to opened hand. is that just your own style or do you recommend that hand placement?

  2. It’s my style I guess…the bottom hand isn’t gripping hard it’s only there to keep the body moving away from the pole. My hand and fingers moved because there was very little contact needed 🙂
