In this combo you’ll combine a Cradle or Half cradle into a Plank spin or Knees spin then take it down to the floor for Tush push and Hip lift.

still haven’t figured out spin up when i see people do it. as far as im concerned its some kind of sorcery lol.
I’ll be creating a lesson for the spin up. Until then… from on the knees arms in pole hold with top arm extended instead of bent, swing the out side leg (the leg of the direction you want to go) as you hold strong with the arms.
