  1. I think this is very lovely, but I keep having troubles with the extended leg spin. When using one hand I can’t seem to keep my extended leg from either bending like I’m doing a lunge (not on side like the attitude), or staying straight and coming forward similar to flirty fireman. I can immediately reach back and hold the attitude position for spin, but I like the look of free leg straight before moving into attitude. Maybe just more practice and I’ll get it

  2. Think of your extended leg as a tail and your dragging it behind you for the spin. Let the outside leg drag behind. 🙂 Hope that helps
