Libelulla
I created a quick tutorial for the Libelulla, you may also know it as dragonfly! This is not a fundamental trick this means it’s ok to skip if it’s not working for you. Yes, it hurts your elbow/top of forearm so please don’t attempt this more than 10 times on each side. Also please make sure you have good shoulder mobility.
