Lying Hip Flexor Stretch
Front split stretch: The main focus is the hip flexor known as the Psoas often referred to as the group of muscles called Iliopsoas. Passive stretching for this muscles is nice after training or when you feel sore. However, to gain more flexibility or release this muscle you’ll want to use the Resistance stretching option. Don’t worry if you can’t bend the knee pushing with the foot, just make sure you actively squeeze the butt.
