How are you keeping your hand in place with a cup grip..? Are you pulling with that arm? I have trouble with this move and am wondering if I tried a cup grip if I would feel like I had more room, with that trapped leg against the pole. Twisted grip makes me feel too restricted. Split grip is better but my arm feels so short…
Yes, there’s always a pulling with a cup grip when you use it while inverted 😊
I was also able to get into this from a caterpiller.
