Pole Climbs and Crucifix Class

This class is a bit shorter only 1 hr long to help you prevent excessive bruising. Speaking of bruising, please follow my advice at the end for self-care after this class, it will benefit you greatly. More attempts are not better in this case! It’s important to keep track of which leg you last used so you can keep alternating or you will end up with shin bruising!!!! If you bruise easily or have anything planned where you don’t want bruised shins, choose to only do the learning portion or choreography, not both.
I want to remind everyone it’s very unusual to learn a piece of choreography and nail it the first day you work on it.
If you find you need more explanation for any trick feel free to use the related videos below the main player.
I’m going to have to give this one another go. I managed to lock my crucifix on the right side but I’m still falling out on the left. I was so not using the correct part of my thighs before, lol. It makes a lot more sense now but I think I just got too tired, so I’ll come back and try the choreo again later. Still, progress was made!
It’s definitely a lot! I hope people revisit this often it was even a challenge for me because I don’t pole much!
I’m still scraping the tops of my feet all to hell! It’ll heal, clearly I just need more practice.
Ouch! Well at least you now know how to fix it!
I’m going to take a day or two break from climbing and then try the sock thing.
Oh my God, yeah. Take time off for sure until it’s better!
