Pole Hold SPIN
Before working on this spin you should already be able to do Pole hops. I’ll teach you both static and spinning pole! This spin is an excellent strength builder and a great way to prepare for aerial inverts on spin.
It’s totally normal to end up sideways when first working on this. Try placing your hands higher, or lower and remember to squeeze the Lats/back and abdominals while maintaining pressure from the arms against the pole. This will help anchor you’re body and will take time as it comes with practice!
Try using different leg positions to change the look!
Muscles strengthened: ABDOMINALS / LATISSIMUS / TERES MAJOR / PECTORALS / POSTERIOR DELTOIDS / TRAPEZIUS / RHOMBOIDS / BICEPS
