MASSAGE – Length 24:00 – Items needed: Pole

I hope you’ll find this routine relaxing and helpful for recovery. Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of your massage.

  • Cover your skin with clothing that will easily slide on the pole, not clothing that will grip.
  • This will work on any pole finish with the exception of silicon
  • Once you’ve watch the intro, the routine starts at minute 3:00
  • You can use this before warming up, after training, or anytime of day.

  1. Ooh I think this is brilliant! Taking care of ourselves is so important! I shall be working this into my weekly routine and will probably do a massage on the bits I worked the day before to aid relaxation and healing and give me my pole fix for the day without overworking and doing it every day as I am starting right so I am aiming for the long game and being sure to have my recovery days.
