Thanks so much for the added lessons, especially this transition from reverse Ayesha to twisted grip Ayesha.💓
Yay cool! Do you have an advice how to start working on ayeshas? Have you a recommondation for a order of exercises or tricks before? I don’t really know how to start working on this 🙂
All lessons are placed in the order in which you should work on them. Start at the beginning of any section and work your way down. Also the related lessons shown below are what you need to know before you work on the this lesson.
Ok thanks! I will take a look at all new moves. There are a lot of new things! Thanks for all those new lessons! 💜
My bottom arm keeps having the hardest time supporting this hold. It keeps bending as the top grip slides down towards the lower arm. Is there some kind of arm over head strength drills I can practice off the pole to improve the support of my lower arm on both sides of this trick? I’ve been doing the grip exercises in the blow videos and seen a little improvement but top hand grip is basically holding me while in reverse Ayesha.
Yes! This routine would be really helpful for the shoulders to help support you. https://studioveena1.wpengine.com/lessons/view/62c32de3-6a40-4044-b9ce-0c5eac110005 3 times a week would be a good schedule
