  1. My instructor and I have been working on a version of this. Only she doesn’t want me to put my hand below me on the pole…So she has me lean back and hold the pole low, close to the crotch and then hook the foot and then hook the other foot behind. It’s very difficult for me for some reason! I get all tangled up and getting my foot to hook… Maybe I’ll try your version heh.
