Shoulders and Abs Routine
This 20 minute routine is designed to strengthen your shoulders and abdominals. We will also stretch the muscles used at the end of this session. Perform this workout 1-3 times a week, leaving a day of rest in between. You will find in depth lessons for the moves used in this routine under the main player.

Did this and chest and arms two days in a row. So sore! 🙂 But good sore. Didn’t realize fan legs would be so hard until you do them 12 times in a row lol. Love this routine though!

Love incorporating these conditioning routines into my workout. I used them as my warm up and then work on moves that work on the muscles conditioned. Not sure I can live without your lessons in my life Veena.
