  1. And Saph, it’s funny how that works. Several members have been posting about elbow stands and I have been working on the update for elbow stand!! Maybe the Pole universe guides me LOL 😊

  2. Concept is the sesame, but it’s more important to be sure you have a solid grip before releasing and always work on it spinning slowly until you become use to it. Remember that the legs will be pulled out and away from the pole!
