Spotting
Did you know that true spotting doesn’t mean putting or helping someone get into a pose? Nope, it’s all about being there incase they need help!

Could you explain a little more on what you mean by ” Hands crossed for moving mounts” while spotting please?
They’re crossed in a way that as the person’s hips/trunk move/lift up your arms uncross. So the spotters arms are crossed at the start of the move but are uncrossed at the end of the trick. Does that help?
