This tutorial will focus on the forearm grip but there are several others listed in the lesson you can try as well. I’ll also teach you 2 of my favorite ways to enter this pose on spinning pole! Despite what you might have been told or think, you don’t need to be able to do a freestanding handstand to hold a Straight edge. It does help, but it’s not a prerequisite for this trick.
