Thigh Rest (Jamilla)

This trick another fundamental move. You’ll be working more with the Pull split grip which you worked on previously in the Easy up tutorial! You’ll first learn on static pole. If you want to learn spinning pole, I’ll teach you how to spinning forward and backward with this trick. Pay attention to the positioning of the lower hand and fingers. NO JUMPING! Don’t forget to breathe.
