Torso Twists
I’ll teach you a few options for arm placement and you’ll start by sitting on the floor. You can stay on the floor for as long as you like. Only move on to standing once you fully understand the movement and can keep your hips still and both sit bones (butt cheeks) on the floor.
Suggested sets and reps 6-12 Reps 1-4 Sets. 3 times per week.
