Total Beginner Program WELCOME 30 Day Take Off (FREE)
Welcome! I’m looking forward to working with you.
Before you get started, please watch all of the Related tutorials listed below this main video. Related lessons are either a group of helpful tutorials for improving on the trick shown on the main video. Or they’re part of a program like this one, where you’ll click through each one, or you can let them auto play to the next video, to complete the session for each day.
For example clicking on the Fireman spin ( any words in pink) will take your directly to the fireman tutorial. Doing so will provide you with more information for that trick. You’ll be able to see the descriptions which have all kinds of helpful links and you’ll see suggested sets and reps, when it applies. Other related tutorials including exercises and stretches to help you achieve that individual trick are listed as well. Keep in mind when using a program you will not be able to see these aspects of individual tutorials unless you go directly to the tutorial. So if you wonder what stretches you should do to improve your Ballerina going right to the Ballerina tutorial will provide you with this information.

Love your philosophy! I really needed to hear this and it put things into perspective. I have taken other classes where the teacher was “popular on social media” and once signed up, I unfortunately realized it was just another platform for them to show off and not really teach you anything. I took another class where they made you feel bad or lazy if you have other obligations, even telling me to “get over” being sick in the hospital which caused me to be away from pole for awhile. Not to mention that the lessons were geared towards people with nothing else going on in their life but pole. All of these situations made me lose my enthusiasm about pole and lead to feelings of failure which I now realize were unnecessary feelings. Thanks for posting your 7 misconceptions! Super helpful! I think this chapter in my pole life will go much better.
I’m so glad my style of teaching connects with you! I’m a busy person with kids and life outside of pole too. I get it. 💜 Feel free to reach out anytime you have questions or need help.
The fact I could do your certifcation courses one day is so cool!!!I wouldnt ever be able to teach without a car and where i m located currently but its just a cool thing to challenge myself with down the road! so cool! ah!
