COMBO – ADVANCED For this combo, it’s easiest and safest to learn it on static pole. Before training for this combo you’ll want to have worked on your Pole shoulder press, Pole handstand, Up and over stretch and the Side or front split routine if you need help with flexibility.

Honestly try both sides, you might be surprised because it’s not totally about the hand.
