POLE – ADVANCED – COMBO In this video I’ll provide tips for tumbles with both elbow and shoulder dismounts. You’ll see my preference for the forearm grip after I’ve hooked the elbow, but use whatever you feel comfortable with.

  1. Yay!!!!!! Thank you!!!! I was using my top foot too much to control my descent, as attested to by the bruise I have there today. So I could have actually done the shoulder dismount version with the way I was doing it. This is so great, and I can’t wait to continue working on it.
