Hi!I can do Superman (but my exits are not nice) and Juliette Spin both on static and spin, but I cannot do Side superman even if I can do Genie. Flowmotion Routine is my favourite routine to end my pole sessions.

I’m actually completely opposite. Have side superman down pretty good, and most of the time can make a clean exit. But I can’t get into superman for anything

I’ve got the superman but need to work on my exits. I haven’t quite got side superman yet. I think I need a stronger bottom leg grip so will work on this.
