Week 2 Day 7 Advanced
Today after using the Active middle splits routine, you’ll have the opportunity to run through all three of the tricks from this week. Give each 3 tries on both sides.
Note: Now that you’re advancing, you might start to struggle to do both sides. That’s common and it’s not a big deal if you use off pole training to keep things in balance. Also continue to at least try every trick on your “dork” side because you never know which side will feel more secure for a trick.
