Week 3 Day 1 Advanced
Today is the start of week 3 where you’ll focus on:
- Butterfly
- Half Jade or Jade
- Pole Handstand
Today begin with the Active shoulder routine then move on to the Pole handstand and Half hip hold. Give both tricks 4 tries doing both sides for the Half hip hold/jade
Finish with the Lunge (splits) stretch using the Active stretching method and stretch the fingers and hands.
Did much better on the Half hip hold than I thought I would! The Gemini practice really helped here. I couldn’t quite extend the leg, but I was able to release it 🙂

Hi Veena, I’ve listened your intro video where you say to finish with hand and arm stretch but in the lesson there is only the front splits stretch video, maybe you may add it? 🙂
